We will accept NO LATE Registrations! If you are from out of town, you must contact the board to see if you are eligible.

Uniform / Volunteer Deposit (To be paid with registration at the beginning of season, to get your uniform)

 

You will get a $100.00 refund back once the uniform is returned (U10 and up) and your volunteer hours are fulfilled at the end of the season. 

Timbits will get T-shirts that the player will be able to keep.

**Volunteer Commitment


Volunteer Commitment

In an effort to continue to keep registration FEES LOW and the association ORGANIZED we have implemented the Volunteer Policy. 

With an ever-growing association we need more volunteers to keep things moving smoothly - we have over 100 kids playing each year!!

How the Volunteer Cheque process works:

1. Fill in Registration Form - pay with e transfer, cash or cheque for fees.
2. Choose an option to volunteer
3. At the end of the season, return your uniform (U10 and up) to your Team Manager and make sure you have volunteered throughout the season. You will get a $100.00 refund

Volunteer Options will be posted as they become available:

1. Help with diamond maintenance

2. COACH a team! (10 Points)

3. BE the team MANAGER! (10 Points)

4. Sign up to be on a tournament committee. (Gate, Concession, 50/50, Grounds keeping, Dug out/stands clean up)

5. Spring and year end clean up at our York Lake facility. ( 1 Point per hour)

6. Teams will be scheduled for the concession. (3 Point) (1 point per hour)

7. Score keeper (1 Point)

8. Dug out / Stands clean up after games (1 Point)

9. Concession / Beer Garden helper with Slow pitch (June, July, Aug) (3 Point)

Points are reported to the Team Manager. A refund will be given at the end of the season.

If you have not completed sufficient points you will be able to earn through the slow pitch season working the concession / beer garden.
